The following are several types of sockets commonly found in network engineering:

①FC type optical fiber jumper: The external strengthening method is to use a metal sleeve, and the tightening method is a turnbuckle. Generally used on the ODF side (more used on fiber optic distribution frames)

②SC type optical fiber jumper: the connector for connecting the GBIC optical fiber module, its casing is a rectangular frame, and the tightening method is to use the plug-in bolt type, and it is not necessary to rotate. (more used on wireless router network switches)

③ST type optical fiber jumper: common in optical fiber distribution frame, the casing is round, and the tightening method is turnbuckle. (For 10Base-F connection, the connector is usually ST type. Commonly used in fiber optic distribution frames)

④LC-type fiber jumper: the connector for connecting the SFP control module, it adopts the modular design socket (RJ) latch principle which is easy to operate. (Common with wireless routers)
