Time:2022-04-22 Views:

International standards (or recommendations) for communication technology are formulated and published by the International Organization for Standardization or other international organizations recognized by them. Such as: "Telephone Transmission Quality" ITU-CCITT 1998 Melbourne; "Optical Cable Structure, Installation, Connection and Protection" ITU-T Geneva, 1994; "Mobile, Radio Determination, Amateur and Related Satellite Services" Geneva, 1990.

The national standards for communication technology are formulated by the Ministry of Information Industry (formerly the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications), and are reported to the national standardization administrative department - the State Bureau of Technical Supervision for approval and publication. Such as: GB 11820-89 "Network Access Requirements for Optical Cable Communication Systems in the City", approved by the State Technical Supervision Bureau on October 25, 1989, and implemented on July 1, 1990.

The communication technology industry standard is organized by the Ministry of Information Industry (formerly the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications) to research, formulate, approve and publish, and report to the national standardization administrative department - the State Bureau of Technical Supervision for the record. Such as: YD 335-88 "Digital Line Signals between Long Distance Telephone Exchanges", approved by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China on January 13, 1988, and implemented on July 13, 1988.

The local standards for communication technology are formulated by the local competent department of communication and communication, and are approved and issued by the local government. Such as: DBJ 08-8-88 "Standards for Design of Telephone Communication in Residential Buildings" Shanghai Standard, Competent Authority: Shanghai Administration of Posts and Telecommunications, Approval Authority: Shanghai Construction Commission, Implementation Date: February 1, 1989.

The communication technology enterprise standard is formulated by the enterprise organization, approved and published by the legal representative of the enterprise or the enterprise supervisor authorized by it, and reported to the local standardization administrative department and the superior competent department for the record. Such as: Q/CDC 032-84 Chengdu cable factory enterprise standard, according to the factory enterprise standard, HYSEAL+M stands for copper core, solid polyolefin insulation, double-sided plastic-coated aluminum tape shielding, single-layer steel tape pin installation, polyethylene protection Set of local communication cables.

The communication technology system is organized and approved by the Ministry of Information Industry (formerly the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications).

The communication technology system is aimed at the network structure, numbering method, routing plan, functional characteristics, service quality, signaling protocol, interface requirements, network management, charging principles, equipment series and basic network access requirements of the post and telecommunications network. Principles are stipulated in all aspects of network formation, network access, and interconnection, and provide technical basis for communication network planning, engineering design, communication organization, equipment configuration, operation management, and product development.

The communication technology specification is an industry engineering construction standard, which is formulated and approved by the Ministry of Information and Industry, and reported to the Ministry of Construction for the record.

Communication technical specifications are the most published documents by the state and the Ministry of Information Industry (formerly the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications). For example: GBJ79-85 "Code for Design of Communication Grounding for Industrial Enterprises" is a national standard of the People's Republic of China. The editor-in-chief is the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the People's Republic of China.

YDN 020-1996 "Technical Specifications for V5.1 Interface Between Local Digital Exchange and Access Network" is the editor-in-chief of the Telecommunications Transmission Research Institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, approved and released by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on December 6, 1996, and implemented on March 1, 1997.
