1) Precautions for monitoring equipment maintenance:
The socket of power supply for each equipment shall be checked frequently to prevent the plug from falling off.
Ensure that the power supply voltage to each equipment is relatively constant
The maintenance of monitoring equipment shall be "five prevention and four integrity"
2) The maintenance of DVR includes the following aspects:
Moisture and dust prevention. The dust on the circuit board will cause short circuit after being affected with moisture. In order to make the hard disk video recorder work normally for a long time, the circuit board, connector, chassis video fan, chassis, etc. should be regularly dusted with a brush.
Anti interference. Keep the grounding terminal in the middle of the power socket of the hard disk recorder well grounded to avoid the interference of video and audio signals and the damage of the hard disk recorder by static electricity.
Video, audio signal cables, CONSOLE/RS232/RS485 and other interfaces cannot be plugged or unplugged with power, otherwise these ports will be easily damaged.
When the hard disk recorder is turned off, do not turn off the power switch directly. The power off function in the menu or the power off button on the panel should be used to automatically turn off the power of the hard disk recorder to avoid damage to the hard disk.
Keep the air around the hard disk recorder case ventilated for heat dissipation.
3) Camera maintenance includes the following aspects:
Pay attention to moisture. Humidity is the enemy of the camera. High humidity will cause metal rust in the camera, short circuit in the circuit part, mildew in the lens part, etc. In extreme cases, water droplets will form on the surface of the magnetic drum. At this time, if a tape is placed, the tape will stick to the magnetic drum, and the tape and the machine will be damaged at the same time with the high-speed rotation of the magnetic drum.
Pay attention to anti vibration. Vibration will cause adverse effects on the mechanical part of the camera. Nowadays, the mechanical part of digital cameras is very precise. Some mechanical components are less than 0.5mm thick, and the positioning accuracy of their guide posts is calculated in microns. Therefore, strong vibration sometimes causes mechanical dislocation, or even looseness of the circuit board. During use, avoid strong vibration as much as possible, especially to prevent the machine from falling to the ground.
Pay attention to dust prevention. The camera rotates at a high speed, especially for digital cameras, up to 9000 revolutions per minute. At such a high speed, if the magnetic head encounters dust in the machine, it will sometimes be damaged. At the same time, the dust in the machine will cause instantaneous blockage of the magnetic head and affect the shooting quality. Therefore, attention should be paid to dust prevention when using the camera.
