(1) Tower equipment shall be installed on the ground. The information socket shall be installed under the raised floor. At this time, the installation height of the socket is generally controlled to be about 10cm from the upper surface of the socket to the lower surface of the raised floor, or the pop-up socket can be installed on the floor surface. However, when using pop-up sockets, attention should be paid to: do not place the sockets on the walkways between devices, otherwise they will be easily knocked off; The connection of the pop-up socket is movable in the socket junction box, and the pop-up and pressing of the socket are easy to cause looseness; The other socket should not exceed 2 information points, otherwise the space in the socket installation box is crowded, which is more likely to cause problems such as loose wiring and socket failure to bounce. The size and depth of the installation box should be larger. Because the main advantage of floor socket is easy to open and close, it is suitable for some temporary use, such as debugging and inspection. However, most of the equipment in the machine room is required to operate continuously for 24 hours, so the advantages of floor sockets cannot be taken advantage of.
(2) The terminal of the console. The installation method of information socket is the same as the above. At this time, it is convenient to use the floor socket.
(3) Cabinet server. At this time, the mode of installing the information point socket under the floor is no longer appropriate, because an information socket panel can only install 2 to 4 socket modules, which is too many for the cabinet with dozens of information points. Moreover, the line from the socket to the server should be led into the cabinet from the raised floor, which requires opening holes under the cabinet. However, after the cabinet is installed and fixed, the raised floor under the cabinet is difficult to open, causing trouble for future maintenance. Therefore, for the installation of information points in the server cabinet, it is recommended to use the cabinet type RJ45 distribution frame. A 2U distribution frame (including cable manager) can provide 16~32 ports of information point capacity, which can meet the needs of most cabinets. And because it is directly installed in the cabinet, it is easy to manage and the installation effect is neat and beautiful. Considering that the common socket interface of the server is at the rear, the distribution frame can be installed at the rear of the cabinet.
(4) Multiple information sockets (86 panels) can also be installed side by side on the vertical trunking at the rear of the cabinet, which is less expensive, but less compact and beautiful than the distribution frame.
If the anti-static floor is not installed, the information socket can be directly installed on the wall, or it can be installed by grooving on the ground.
(1) The terminal of the console. It is recommended that the console be arranged against the wall and the socket panel be installed on the wall.
(2) Cabinet server. The front upper wiring mode is adopted, and the socket is still installed in the cabinet or the distribution frame is adopted.
