Interior armor optical cable use specification

Time:2022-10-19 Views:

Armor optical cable mechanical performance and transmission performance are high, and the effects of pressure, bending, and rat bite are used. It also uses flame retardant, environmentally friendly, or high -temperature -resistant optical cable covered materials. Advantages, currently widely used in the fiber industry

Hui Peng Company can provide the following structures for your company:

Optical cable composition structure: 0.6/0.9 tightly package optical fiber (single -mode, multi -mode, OM2, OM3, G.655 and other fiber can be provided)+stainless steel hose+DuPont KEVLAR+stainless steel woven wire (enhance the anti -twisting function of the optical cable to prevent it from preventing the fiber The external destructive power to the optical cable)+environmental protection flame retardant PVC, LSZH and other materials.

Fiber core number: 1 core -1 2 core

Optical cable structure: simple type

Cover: PVC, LSZH, PE, PU, PTEE, UL

Color: blue/single -mode, gray/multi -mode

The following is the instruction manual of the product, please read this manual in detail before use.

One: transportation and storage

1. When loading and unloading, please use artificial or mechanical. It is strictly forbidden to use improper methods to leave the cable shaft to prevent skin damage from external optical cables.

2. Our optical cables use cable shafts when they leave the factory, plus carton packaging. Do not scroll a long distance during transportation. If you need long -distance rolling, please use manually or use special machinery to complete.

3. The temperature of the optical cable storage environment should be at -20 ℃ ∽+60 ° C.

4. It should not be placed in a high temperature or open -air for a long time. To prevent the aging or corrosion of optical cables.

Two: Check before use:

1. Check whether the appearance of the optical cable is intact, whether the specifications and length of the optical cable meet the requirements of your company.

2. Check whether the optical cable packaging is complete.

3. Each axis optical cable is attached to the optical cable OTDR test report. Test whether the optical fiber attenuation coefficient meets the requirements. See the following form at the attenuation coefficient:
