Key points for environment inspection of generic cabling system

Time:2022-12-30 Views:

(1) The type, specification, quantity and quality of cable equipment used in the project shall be checked before construction, and those without factory inspection certificates or inconsistent with the design shall not be used in the project. Especially when using foreign devices, factory inspection certificate and commodity inspection certificate shall be provided.

⑵ The inspected equipment shall be recorded, and the unqualified components shall be stored separately for verification and handling.

(3) Cables and equipment used in the project shall conform to the specifications, models and grades of the products in the order contract or sealed.

(4) Spare parts, spare parts and various data shall be complete.

Inspection of profiles, pipes and iron parts

⑴ The material, specification and model of various profiles shall comply with the provisions of the design documents, and the surface shall be smooth and flat without deformation and fracture. The surface coating or coating of embedded metal trunking, junction box, junction box and bridge shall be uniform and complete without deformation or damage.

(2) When seamless steel pipes (hot galvanized steel pipes are used in wet places and cold galvanized steel pipes are used in dry places) and rigid PVC pipes are used, the pipe body shall be smooth and free of scars, the pipe hole shall be free of deformation, and the hole diameter and wall thickness shall meet the design requirements.

(3) When cement pipe blocks are used for the pipeline, the inspection shall be carried out according to the relevant provisions in the construction and acceptance of the communication pipeline project.

(4) The materials and specifications of all kinds of iron pieces shall meet the quality standards, and there shall be no skew, twist, burr, fracture or damage.

(5) The surface treatment and coating of iron parts shall be uniform and complete, and the surface shall be smooth and clean without defects such as falling off and bubbles.

Cable inspection requirements

⑴ The type and specification of twisted pair cable and optical cable used in the project shall comply with the design provisions and contract requirements.

⑵ The contents of the signs and labels attached to the cables shall be complete and clear.

(3) The outer sheath of the cable shall be intact, and the cable shall be attached with the factory quality inspection certificate. If required by the user, the technical indicators of this batch of cables shall be attached.

(4) The sampling inspection of the electrical performance of cables shall be conducted by cutting 100m from any three coils of cables in this batch, plus the connectors selected in the project, and the test records shall be made.

(5) After the optical cable is opened, check whether the optical cable surface is damaged and whether the optical cable end encapsulation is good.

(6) When optical cables are used in the generic cabling system project, the optical cable certificate and inspection and test data shall be checked. When necessary, optical fiber attenuation and optical fiber length can be tested.

(7) The inspection of optical fiber patch cord (optical jumper) shall meet the requirements.

Inspection requirements for connectors

⑴ The components of wiring module, information socket and other connectors shall be complete, and check whether the plastic material meets the design requirements.

⑵ All indicators of overvoltage and overcurrent protection of security unit shall comply with relevant regulations.

(3) The type, quantity and position of connectors of optical fiber sockets shall be consistent with the design.

(4) The optical fiber socket panel shall be provided with obvious signs indicating transmission (TX) or reception (RX).

Use of wiring equipment: ⑴ The type and specification of optical and cable handover equipment shall meet the design requirements. ⑵ The arrangement and sign name of optical and cable handover equipment shall be consistent with the design. All kinds of signs shall be uniform, with correct and clear positions
