When laying the fiber optic cable in the natural environment on the flat ground by the empty frame method, the hook and hanging type shall be used; when laying the optical fiber cable on the hillside or slope, the optical fiber cable shall be laid by the bundling method. The optical cable connector should select the parallel pole part that is convenient for maintenance, and the reserved optical cable should be stabilized on the pole with a reserved support frame.

The optical fiber cable of the optical fiber pole road of the empty frame is specified as a U-shaped telescopic bend every 3 to 5 blocks, and about 15m is reserved for every 1km.

Use galvanized pipes for maintenance of optical cables leading down the empty frame (wall), and block the branch pipes with fireproof mud.

Cable warning signs should be hung up and down every 4th bar and in unique areas such as crossing roads, rivers, and bridges. The junction of the empty cable and the cable should be protected by a three-pronged maintenance pipe, and the extension at each end should not be less than 1m.
